Calling all recipes! Sycamore is starting a cookbook project and needs the help of our employees, residents and family members. Please email us or bring in a copy of your favorite recipes. We would like the cookbook to focus on brain health, so please have your recipe include one or more of the following foods or any other foods that are brain healthy: Any leafy green vegetable such as kale, broccoli, escarole, green lettuce, spinach, brussel sprouts; alfalfa sprouts, beets, red bell peppers, onions, corn, eggplant, cauliflower, prunes or raisins, any type of berry, especially blueberries, blackberries, strawberries or raspberries; acai berries, plums, oranges, red grapes, cherries, omega-3-fatty acid rich fish such as wild salmon, mackerel, herring, sardines, tuna, anchovies, whitefish, and sablefish; dark chocolate or cocoa powder with at least 70% cocoa content, whole wheat
