Sheree Severine is a Licensed Practical Nurse at Sycamore Village since March 2010.  Sheree came to us with more than 34 years of experience in geriatric care.

“I have been caring for the elderly since I graduated nursing school in ’76,” states Sheree, “It’s what I love doing.”

Sheree currently resides in Swansea, Illinois but recently moved here from her farm in Madison County where she and her husband raised goats, sheep, donkeys, chickens, ducks, six dogs and 11 pups, and one orphaned fawn.  In addition to loving animals, Sheree loves the outdoors, cooking, running, and doting over her two grandchildren, Peyton and McKenna.

Sheree has two sons, one who lives in Tennessee and the other in Idaho.  Both sons are avid hunters and fisherman.   Sheree would love to one day live closer to one of her sons.  In the meantime, she keeps herself busy between work and her hobbies, and has just started taking mandolin lessons.
